• Pillow inserts are not included, but may be added to your order or purchased separately here

• Pillow inserts are a FINAL SALE, returns are not accepted

• We are only able to ship inserts to the Contiguous US (unfortunately, we do not currently ship inserts to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or any countries outside of the U.S.)

 

Our recommendation for insert size:

• Use the same size insert for our lumbar and long lumbar pillow covers

• Use a 2 inch larger insert for our square pillow covers

• Recommendations are based on our down inserts that are 95% feather and 5% down

• We make the covers ¼ - ½ inch smaller for a perfect fit. 

• Since our covers are handmade, small variations in size may occur.

Product Care

• In order to maintain the covers in the best shape, we recommend DRY CLEANING

Shipping & Returns

• We accept returns or exchanges for the pillow covers within 30 days from delivery.

• Returns & exchanges are NOT accepted for the pillow inserts, but do not hesitate to contact us if there are any issues with your order.

• All our products are ready to ship in 3-7 business days.

•  If purchased together, pillow inserts will ship separately from our pillow covers as they ship directly from our production partner.
