Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. The return must be requested within 14 days after receiving your item, and the item must be shipped back within 30 days. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back. The original shipping cost (if the order did not benefit from free shipping) will not be refunded.

Please note that we do not accept returns for the pillow inserts. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We ask that you do NOT wash the item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@textileishdesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • the pillow inserts
  • items that are on sale
  • custom orders
  • gift cards

However, do not hesitate to contact us if there are any issues with your order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Packages lost in transit

If your package proves to be lost in transit you will have the option to request a refund, or a replacement.

Stolen packages

We do not take responsibility for packages that are stolen after having been marked as delivered. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure a secure place for the packages to be delivered.  

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
